Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within approximately 3–5 business days.
Refunds usually appear in your original payment account within approximately 7 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
